While working with our client Blesso Properties to ensure that 421-a benefits were received, our Director of Real Estate Services Tim Kucha discovered that Blesso was in need of a new office space.

Blesso’s lease at 320 West 13th Street in Manhattan was about to expire on January 31, 2016. In less than four months, Tim identified a desirable opportunity and secured a new lease for Blesso that satisfied all of their needs. In January, Blesso signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 square feet on the 15th floor of 32 Court Street in downtown Brooklyn, adjacent to Borough Hall’s extensive transportation hub.

Blesso Properties is an award winning real estate investment and development firm committed to philanthropy and sustainability.
