The student-mobility metrics would relate to the extent to which students leave the school before completing its last grade, including adjustments for factors beyond a school’s control, as well as transfers of students into the school. Detailed requirements are provided in the RFP.

The RFP may result in the award of one (1) requirements contract for a base term of one (1) year. The NYCDOE reserves the unilateral option to extend the contract for one (1) additional 1-year period. Services are anticipated to commence in May 2016.
