What we got done
The 28-acre project, which required a major rezoning through the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP), has created approximately 6,000 total onsite housing units (including 1,300 permanent, affordable units), between 1.5 and 2 million square feet of commercial space, 10 acres of public open space, 16,000 square of cultural space and a new public school.
