Capalino is helping companies and real estate developers meet NYC’s new progressive Climate Mobilization Act, the largest emissions reduction policy in the history of any city, and New York State’s new Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, with the country’s most ambitious climate targets—including 100% carbon-free electricity by 2040 and economy-wide, net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Capalino is helping clients build new construction projects, and retrofit existing projects, to reduce carbon emissions and comply with these new laws.
