Leasing of 15,000-Square Foot Retail Space at 1581 Myrtle Avenue

The Myrtle-Wyckoff Aves. subway station building spans the entire block bounded by Myrtle Avenue, Wyckoff Avenue, and Gates Avenue and is located in the heart of the Bushwick neighborhood in Brooklyn. The station is served by the underground L line and elevated M  line at all times and is also served by multiple bus lines. The subway station underwent a major capital renovation completed in 2008 and included new façade brick work and larger windows for the unit. The unit offers the ability to vent for cooking and restaurant uses.

The MTA is offering a one-time rent credit of up to $87,000 to help defray the cost of improvements in support of conversion to vented wet uses. Approved design drawings for a delicatessen will be made available to the successful proposer to serve as a reference document.
