The Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee (GTSC) is issuing 2 Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit applications from state agencies, local governments, and not-for-profit agencies for Federal Highway Safety grants, including a Child Passenger Safety grant.
Master Lease of Street Front Retail Program at Beach 116 Street
1) The MTA will only consider Master Lease submissions in which the proposer intends on leasing, subleasing and/or operating all five (5) units offered within this RFP.
2) The successful proposer will be required to oversee the redesign and construction of a new retail concept in each of the five (5) units.
3) Successful proposers shall be responsible for all required improvements including, but not limited to, mechanical, plumbing and electrical as referenced in the Parcel Information Sheets.
